Safari Browser and Online Billpay
Follow these easy steps to update your Safari browser for BillPay
Recent updates to BillPay have necessitated a settings change for our customers that use the Safari web browser, commonly used by Apple products. In just two easy steps, you will be able to continue this convenient tool.
Mac computer
1. Open the Safari browser. On the main menu, select Settings under Safari. In the Privacy section, make sure that "Prevent cross-site tracking" is unchecked.
2. Make sure that third party cookies are allowed by unselecting "Block all cookies."
iPhone/iPad
1. Tap on Settings, scroll down to Safari. Unselect "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking."
2. Make sure that third party cookies are allowed by unselecting "Block all cookies."
