At North American Banking Company, we are committed to strengthening our communities. From supporting area non-profits and events to rolling up our sleeves and volunteering, we are engaged in developing our communities and its businesses.

Here are a few recent examples of our community involvement.

Community Impact Month

Every September, North American Banking Company proudly joins banks across Minnesota in celebrating Community Impact Month, an initiative of the Minnesota Bankers Association. In 2025, North American Banking Company employees held a food and supply drive for VEAP. Together, we collected 150 lbs. of rice, 75 boxes of pasta, 500 canned goods, and 68 emergency bags—plus diapers, personal care items, and more. Altogether, that added up to 908 lbs. of donations, filling two large pallet boxes! VEAP is one of the largest food pantries in Minnesota, helping make millions of meals every year for those in need in our community. Visit https://veap.org/ to learn more.
 

Service Organizations

We donate time and resources to service organizations throughout Minnesota that serve our communities and beyond, such as Headwaters Relief Organization, a local non-profit that provides supplies and equipment to areas affected by disaster.
 

Community Organizations

Our employees support community organization throughout the state of Minnesota. For example, each year our employees sponsor local families in need through Hastings Family Service, purchasing gifts for children to help make the holiday season a little brighter.
