At North American Banking Company, we are committed to strengthening our communities. From supporting area non-profits and events to rolling up our sleeves and volunteering, we are engaged in developing our communities and its businesses.
Community is vital to the growth of North American Banking Company, so you'll see us getting involved at all levels - community leadership, volunteerism, and charitable giving.
Here are a few recent examples of our community involvement.
Financial Literacy
Together with our partner EVERFI, we offer courses on basic financial literacy as well as courses on entrepreneurship and small business management. Our classes reach 700 students at eight Twin Cities' elementary, middle, and high schools.
Service Organizations
We donate time and resources to service organizations throughout Minnesota that serve our communities and beyond, such as Headwaters Relief Organization, a local non-profit that provides supplies and equipment to areas affected by disaster.
Community Organizations
Our employees support community organization throughout the state of Minnesota. For example, each year our employees sponsor local families in need through Hastings Family Service, purchasing gifts for children to help make the holiday season a little brighter.
