At an early age Dave knew he wanted to be a banker. He shared a passion with his grandmother of counting money and talking about the benefits of compound interest…all before the age of ten.

Dave grew up in Wisconsin and fulfilled his dream of graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001. He studied economics and is still a passionate Badger sports fan.

Prior to moving to the Twin Cities in 2016 Dave worked for one of the largest financial institutions in the country in Chicago. His initial role was to develop small business relationships for new branches near Wrigley Field. That is where his passion for helping businesses started. He hasn’t looked back and now has almost 20 years of business banking experience.

Dave lives in Edina with his wife Dana and their amazing Golden Retriever, Steve. All three of them love exploring the parks and outdoors. Dave is also an avid golfer and Wisconsin sports enthusiast. But on a rainy day, nothing beats reading any book by Michael Lewis.
