North American Banking Company Announces Two New Hires to Commercial Lending Team

Rich Gove and Matt Adams join $500 million asset bank based in the Twin Cities

North American Banking Company is pleased to announce the recent hiring of two veteran business bankers to join the commercial lending team.

Rich Gove joined North American Banking Company in April as Senior Vice President, Business Banking. Rich brings 27 years of experience working in multiple lines of commercial banking, most recently at Great Western Bank where he was Vice President, Business Banker. Rich has a broad range of experience, including commercial/industrial finance, treasury services, commercial real estate, investment banking, private banking, nonprofit, and wealth management. Rich is based in our Minneapolis office at 50th and France.

“I’m excited to join the team at North American Banking Company, said Gove. “It’s a perfect fit with my previous experience in working with local business owners to grow and expand their businesses.”

Matt Adams joined North American Banking Company in early June as Vice President, Business Banking. Matt has extensive experience with commercial lending and business development. Most recently, Matt was a SBA Business Development Officer, focusing on SBA loan financing for small businesses. He is based in our Hastings office.

“North American Banking Company is already a leader in SBA loans for growing businesses so I’m joining a team that is excelling in providing funding for local businesses,” said Adams. “This is such a perfect extension of the work I’ve done throughout my career.”

“We are thrilled to add Rich and Matt to our growing commercial lending team,” said Brad Huckle, President and Chief Lending Officer. “Both Rich and Matt have strong track records in community banking and commercial lending. They know how to work with local businesses to help them grow and expand, leading to stronger communities.”
